Qualifications:

BS in Biomedical, CS or Electronic Engineering. Clinical Engineering certification desirable.

Experience in medical image systems (ultrasound, Xray).

We are only accepting applications from women engineers for this position.

High level of computer literacy and the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, statistics, engineering tools and programming.

Experience in clinical engineering in a hospital preferred; industry or academic setting or equivalent setting is acceptable.

Excellent communication, multitasking, organization, record keeping, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

Must work collaboratively with all other biomedical engineers and radiologist in specialties (Instrumentation, X-Ray, Diagnostic Ultrasound ) Business Partners, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representatives.

Individual is required to complete applicable documentation of all work performed, in a timely manner.

Frequent travel to partner research hospital to collect data using PONS system, collaborate with radiologist, oncologists and OBG YN.
